Common questions
I can't sign in
Make sure you have network connectivity. Sign-in uses Apple, Google, or email/password — try a different method if one fails. If the issue persists, email support with the method you used.
I was charged but Pro isn't unlocked
Open the app and go to Account → Restore Purchases. This pulls the latest entitlement from the App Store. If Pro still doesn't unlock within a minute, email support with your Apple ID email and approximate purchase time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → QBFlowDoc Pro → Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
All payments are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase. We don't process refunds directly.
VOR training makes me dizzy
Stop immediately and rest. VOR training can provoke symptoms in some users. If symptoms persist, consult a physical therapist or physician. Do not use VOR training if you have an active concussion or vestibular disorder without medical clearance.
I want my data deleted
Email qbflowdoc@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion" from the email address on your account. We delete within 30 days.
