Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QBFlowDoc mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Jimmy Rowland ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use QBFlowDoc
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. Users between 13 and 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's permission. The Service is designed for quarterback cognitive and vision training.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at qbflowdoc@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.
3. QBFlowDoc Pro subscriptions
Pricing
- QBFlowDoc Pro Monthly — $17.99 USD / month, renewing monthly
- QBFlowDoc Pro Annual — $149.99 USD / year, renewing annually
Prices are in USD and may vary by country/region as determined by Apple.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time via iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not issue refunds ourselves.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices. We will notify you in advance and provide the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
4. License to use the app
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QBFlowDoc for personal, non-commercial training purposes on devices you own or control.
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service
- Use the Service to develop a competing product
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
5. Intellectual property
All content in the Service — including coverages, drills, explanations, UI, branding, and the "QBFlowDoc" name — is owned by Jimmy Rowland or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. No medical advice; training at your own risk
QBFlowDoc includes training protocols related to vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR), cognitive processing, and visual reaction. These are general training tools, not medical treatment. If you have experienced a concussion, have a vestibular disorder, suffer from motion sickness, or are recovering from any injury, consult a qualified medical or rehabilitation professional before using VOR drills.
You agree to use the app in a safe environment and discontinue use if you experience dizziness, nausea, eye strain, or any adverse symptom. Jimmy Rowland is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of training outcomes, or guarantees of improved athletic performance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimmy Rowland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting qbflowdoc@gmail.com.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
11. Apple-specific provisions (iOS)
- These Terms are between you and Jimmy Rowland, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or any claims arising from it.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the Service.
- In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); otherwise, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email, at least 30 days before taking effect when legally required.
