QBFlowDoc is built and edited by doctoral-trained clinicians — Doctors of Physical Therapy trained in neurological rehabilitation and human processing speed, led by a DPT and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with 15+ years of clinical work with athletes, including NFL quarterbacks. The work is published under the QBFlowDoc name on purpose: the standard is the brand, and it holds no matter who is at the keyboard.

Why clinicians build QB training

Most quarterback content teaches what to read. QBFlowDoc's premise is that the limiting factor is usually how fast the brain processes what the eyes take in — a trainable, measurable system. That's clinical territory: the visual and vestibular systems that let a quarterback find a rotating safety are the same systems physical therapists rehabilitate every day. Every module in the app, and every breakdown on this site, starts from the nervous system and works out to the field.

Editorial standard

Everything published here is verified against film, statistics, or reporting before it goes out. No pay-to-rank lists, no manufactured takes, no placeholder profiles. If a claim can't be sourced, it doesn't publish — see the sources list at the bottom of every article. The Science page holds the same rule to our own product claims.
