Nine modules. One job: process faster.
QBFlowDoc trains the decision before the throw — coverage recognition, rotation reads, processing speed, and the visual hardware underneath it all. Built by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, measured against your own baseline.
Coming to the iOS App Store · free baseline + 7-day Pro trial
The modules
VOR Training
Vestibulo-ocular reflex — the visual hardware behind every read. A DPT-authored 5-level clinical protocol. Nobody else in the QB space trains this.
Coverage Recognition
Pre-snap defensive coverage ID under a timer. Read the shell in under a second.
Defensive Rotation Reads
The defense shows a disguise and rotates at the snap. ID the real coverage — the single biggest gap between HS and college processing speed.
Processing Speed
Timed decision scenarios. Read the look, find the window, make the call before the pocket collapses.
Peripheral Vision
Detect threats in your periphery while keeping eyes on target. Build pocket awareness.
Pressure Processing
Shrinking timers, escalating stakes. Train your brain to read under body stress.
Temporal Occlusion
See less, process more. Film freezes earlier and earlier to find your recognition threshold.
QBFlowDoc Score
A 3-minute cognitive baseline. Processing speed, reaction time, inhibitory control — measured and tracked.
The Lab
Neuroscience content for athletes, parents, and coaches — why brain training works, translated from the research.
Pricing
Free to start. Serious to train.
Every module unlocked. Unlimited reps. Adaptive difficulty. Cloud-synced scores.
A full season and offseason of training.
7-day free trial on the iOS app. Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime in iOS Settings. See Terms.
Questions parents and coaches ask
Is this evidence-based or another brain-game app?
The modules are built on research paradigms from sports science — temporal occlusion, quiet-eye and gaze-stability work, and clinical vestibulo-ocular rehabilitation — applied to football-specific stimuli by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Whether lab gains transfer to the field is the honest open question in this space; our approach is to measure your baseline, train football-specific reps, and track the change. The Science page lays out exactly what the research does and does not show.
Who is it for?
Quarterbacks from junior high through college who want more processing speed, plus the parents and coaches who work with them. Foundation modules are beginner-friendly; difficulty adapts as you improve.
What does it cost?
The baseline assessment and Foundation modules are free. QBFlowDoc Pro unlocks every module without limits at $24.99/month or $179.99/year, with a 7-day free trial on iOS.
What platforms?
iOS first. Join the free breakdowns list and you will get first access the day it hits the App Store.
How long are the sessions?
Modules are built for daily reps of a few minutes each — designed to fit before film, after practice, or on the bus, not to add another hour of screen time.
Can a whole QB room use it?
Each athlete trains on their own account so scores and adaptive difficulty stay individual. Coaches: reach out through the support page and tell us about your room.
